Covid Contract

I greatly appreciate your HONESTY this year.  If you are feeling sick or were possibly exposed to someone with Covid prior to your  session and need to cancel, (this year only) I will be refunding non-refundable retainers in full.   Due to the recent virus outbreak, K Sherman Designs will be implementing new measures to ensure the maximum care for all parties attending photo sessions. Please take a moment to read  the guidelines below to learn more.
• Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any of these symptoms: Fever, runny nose, sore throat, muscle pain, chills, cough, dizziness, vomiting, lack of taste/smell, fatigue (not from lack of sleep), etc.
• Please have payment ready ($40.00) before your session starts. 
• Sanitizer will be available for use prior to your session. 
• We will not be allowed to go over your 15 minute session time limit.  (Do not worry most sessions average 7- 10 minutes.) 
• Props will be sanitized between sessions. 
• My assistant and myself will be wearing a mask at all times.   
• If you test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of your session please notify K Sherman Designs by email kshermandesigns@gmail.com or by phone 989.293.6160.

In every efforts to maintain physical separation, I will keep respectable distancing from all clients unless absolutely necessary.
Covid Liability notice and waiver:  The conduct and services being provided by the studio are subject to those rules in place at the time photography services are rendered.  Based on social distancing restrictions in place during the time of the photo session certain aspects of the photographer/client interaction may be altered to adhere to these restrictions.  Client and all members of clients party agree to abide by restrictions in place during the time of photo session. Client and members of clients party explicitly agree and understand that failing to adhere to restrictions in place mat increase their risk of  Covid-19 transmission and exposure.  Client and members of clients party assume all risks associated with potential Covid-19 transmission and exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and  accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims, or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.  As consideration for this waiver, K Sherman Designs agrees to waive any liability or claim against client or member of clients party for Coivd-19 transmission or exposure.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the waivers contained in this Covid notice and waiver shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participated in the photography services while exhibiting Covid-19  symptoms, or who knowingly participate while having an active Covid-19 case.  If client or members of client party have been positive with  covid-19, they must have a negative test that is 2 weeks old or longer.
